OFSTED DEC 2008
Children enjoy discussing their work with their key carer, or with parents, and are helped to reflect on what they have learned. Good communication with parents and carers means that they are helped to be an effective part of the learning process. Children take pride in the work they do, particularly the ‘special books’, recording their journeys, which are cherished by children and parents. These books include the things they are excited about, as well as the learning stories recorded with them.
A Note From The Site Designer
When visiting Kendal Nursery I was taken a back by the outside environment that the children had to play in. Although I have tried to represent the gardens as well as I can, I cannot truly capture the peaceful, interactive area on camera.
If you are a Parent and taking the decision as to where your child should begin their school life, I would recommend a visit to this beautifully equiped local resource.
